In 2006, Black Mountain Company entered The Victoria House in the Missoula Building Industry Association 17th Annual Parade of Homes and Remodeling Tour. It was placed in the exclusive home category and won the Craftsmanship and Memorable Décor awards. In addition, Black Mountain won the Rising Star award, given to the best home in the show among first time participants in the Parade of Homes, especially significant since 7 of the 10 entries qualified.
